traditional looms with handfinished details. We work with natural and organic fibers such as
alpaca, wool, and cotton, blending ancestral tradition with contemporary fashion. Our
garments are characterized by their high quality, durability, and design, promoting a circular
economy with pieces that can be passed down through generations.

OUR ROOTS
Juan Ascencio Silva is a Peruvian artisan with a solid track record in the creation and promotion of traditional crafts. Over the years, he has participated in national and international competitions, training programs, and events that have strengthened his technique and innovation. His commitment to the development of the sector has led him to specialize in design, technology, and artisan management, notably through his participation in the International Seminar on Innovation in Crafts and the “Peru Sensorial – CASACOR” exhibition. His work combines tradition and modernity, reflecting the cultural richness of Peru and contributing to the growth of crafts in new markets.

Doris Orihuela
She is the creative pillar and strong support behind our company. As the daughter of artisans, she developed a deep passion for textile art from a very young age, creating tapestries and handcrafted pieces.
Together with the Ascencio Orihuela family, she helped build our textile workshop, strengthening innovation, design, and the production of high-quality garments for different markets.
Today, we continue sharing our knowledge and creating garments made from the world’s finest natural fibers, crafted with dedication, love, and passion.
Sammy Ascencio Orihuela
Sammy oversees administration, logistics, documentation, technical sheets, and the strict quality control of every production process.
His commitment and professional contribution strengthen the growth of the Ascencio brand, ensuring that each piece preserves the quality and authenticity of our textile heritage.
As a family team, we work together to preserve the traditional techniques recovered by Juan Ascencio and bring our brand to new international markets.
Jhoseth Ascencio Orihuela
My son, with his optimism and strength, inspires our company to keep growing.
While continuing his studies, he actively supports production and participates in national and international fairs.
Together, we continue bringing Ascencio’s art and natural fibers to new markets and countries that value our artisanal work.
